Open thread list [Suggestion]

I thought it might be useful, especially when the site grows bigger, to have a list of threads that are open to other cats. That way one can just look at the list and find an open thread without having to look for one in the boards. Members could post once they make an open thread so it can be added to a list somewhere. Hope I described that correctly.
